Joyce Bradley, Broker-Owner of Land Line Realty is a semi native born in Philadelphia 

living in South Florida since 1968.  A graduate of Florida Southern College with a B.A. in Political Science. Raised in Hollywood, Florida became a Realtor in 1984 and a Broker in 1989 and has assisted 1000's of buyers buy, sellers sell and investors invest as well as property managment, marketing and negotiating leases for the last 22 years. 

Having navigated so many purchase and sales agreements I have aquired unparamounted knowledge about the various financing options that in 2003 I became a licensed mortgage broker with Capital Mortgage Partners.
